My intention: If we learn to wake up from autopilot and deal with ourselves in a more mindful, self-responsible and self-caring way, this will have positive effects on all areas of our lives, on our environment and the value system of our society. Then life and living together will automatically become friendlier, more peaceful and more appreciative.
